Capacity management - setting up default table turnover times (iPad App)

Table turnover times are used throughout the system to calculate table availability (including wait times). It is extremely important that these numbers are as accurate as possible and should be updated regularly based on historical data. It is also extremely important that your hosts/hostesses are diligent in seating / finishing parties to ensure that accurate data is captured.

Please follow these steps to set the default table turnover times:

1. Via Settings on the iPad, select 'Shift Schedule' (option 2). Next to each shift, there is an option to 'Setup Default Table Turnover'.
2. Set the default table turnover for the various party sizes (by shift).
