Capacity management - assistant (iPad App)

The assistant can be found at the top of the following pages:

1. 'Capacity Control Template' via Settings
2. 'Capacity Control' via the Main Menu

Here you'll have access to a handful of tools that will help in setting up your daily capacity templates as well as making individual day changes (overriding your daily templates):

1. Copy <day of the week> (template change only)
   • This will copy everything you did on one day to all other days selected.
2. Clear Capacity Template for <day of the week> (template change only)
   • This will wipe the day clean (including any capacity rows, limiters or blocked slots). 
3. Reset Capacity Template Limiters for <day of the week> (template change only)
   • This will reset you daily limiters.
4. Reset Capacity Template from Seating Chart for <day of the week> (template change only)
   • Instead of creating individual rows manually, this will allow you to quickly mimic your floor plan.
5. Set Reservation Limits for <day of the week> (both template & daily change)
   • This will allow you to set the same number across the entire day.
6. Set Kitchen Limits for <day of the week> (both template & daily change)
   • This will allow you to set the same number across the entire day.
7. Set Restaurant Limits for <day of the week> (both template & daily change)
   • This will allow you to set the same number across the entire day.
