iPad App:
Automatic update (default): Clients who are auto updated (this will be the normal method unless you have specifically requested to turn off auto updates) will be prompted to automatically install the first time the App is launched for the day.
Manual update (upon request): Clients who have requested 'auto update' turned off should use the following installation instructions to install the App at their discretion. Please note that all releases will be aggregated over time so that when an update is done for a future release, it will include all past releases.

Please contact support@zomatobook.com and provide the following information:
- Please include “UPDATE ZOMATO BOOK VERSION” in the subject line.

Specify the restaurant name(s) to be updated.

Specify version number that you would like to upgrade to. Mention “LATEST VERSION” if you want the latest version and do not want to upgrade to a specific version.

Provide an email address that should receive the notification when the new ceiling version number has been authorized in order to proceed with the upgrade.

You will receive an email notification within 1 business day notifying when you can continue with step 2.
- On the iPad, open Safari:

Type in zoma.to/book/v2 (the installation process will automatically ensure that the correct version number that you are currently authorized per restaurant is used for the install).

Say OK/YES to all the prompts.

The app should start installing, exit Safari.

Once the App has completely installed, before opening it, go to 'Settings' on the iPad. Select 'General' and to the right, scroll to the bottom until you find 'Device Management.' Select 'NexTable' and 'Trust' it.

Log in to the app as normal.
Zomato Book Portal (including Concierge & Widgets):
- Updates to the Zomato Book Portal are automatic for all users. Please note that if your are running an older version of the App (due to the fact that you elected out of automatic updates), it will be fully compatible with these Portal releases.
