- Restaurants can now include a custom message on guest email communications (reservation confirmed, reservation modified, reservation reminder) that will appear under a section called 'Message from the Restaurant'. These messages can be up to 2,000 characters and use standard HTML. To use this feature
- Login to the Web Portal
- Click on the 'My Restaurants' tab at the top left
- Click on the Settings icon to the left of your restaurant's name
- Select 'Settings'
- Select the 2nd tab - 'Email'
