Settings - app security (Web Portal)

*The username/password for the App can ONLY be retrieved/changed through the Web Portal.

To retrieve or change the username, password and/or security setting on your App, please visit the 'App Security' tab of the Settings section on the Web Portal. Note that there is only 1 unique username/password (meaning that if you are using multiple devices, they will all use the same credentials).

Security (Book Pro only)

The iPad can be restricted to two levels of security using a 4 digit code:

• Level 1: if this is set, access to all settings on the iPad will be restricted to this code. The ability to 'Overbook' (override unavailable time slots) will also be restricted . 
• Level 2: if this is set, Level 2 users will have the highest level of accessibility. Level 1 users will only have access to the following (all other settings will be locked):
  • 'Overbook' (override unavailable time slots)
  • Create section templates
  • Employee setup
  • Shift and capacity exceptions
  • Reminders
