On certain days, you may be encountered with one of the following messages on the bottom of your screen:
- 'No Availability - Maximum bookings and/or covers reached'
- 'No Public Availability - Advance bookings restricted'
- 'No Public Availability - Minimum lead time restricted'
Days with no availability will be clearly defined on your calendar, outlined in red.
This occurs when there is a conflict with one of your Settings. For example:
- Advance bookings - you are trying to book a date/time that exceeds your advance booking limit. This will prompt the 'No Public Availability - Advance Bookings Restricted'. Internally you are able to book, however, the general public will not see any availability.
- Minimum lead time - you are trying to book a date/time that is earlier than your minimum lead time limit. This will prompt the 'No Public Availability - Minimum lead time restricted. Internally you are able to book, however, the general public will not see any availability.
- Maximum bookings - you have already reached your maximum booking limit for the particular time slot. This can be overridden internally by selecting red time slots, however, the general public will not see any availability.
- Maximum covers - you have already reached your maximum cover limit for the particular time slot. This can be overridden internally by selecting red time slots, however, the general public will not see any availability.
- Minimum party size - the party size you are trying to book is smaller than what is defined. This can be overridden internally by selecting red time slots, however, the general public will not see any availability.
- Maximum party size - the party size you are trying to book is larger than what is defined. This can be overridden internally by selecting red time slots, however, the general public will not see any availability.
*Remember - adjustments can be made through the Settings section at the top left corner of the App.
**If the message actually reads 'No booking hours available', please click here, or directly update your 'Booking Hours'.
***If the message actually reads 'Venue closed', please click here, or directly update your 'Hours of operation'.
Internally, you will always have the option to override these settings (or 'overbook') by booking on the 'red' time slots.
1) Select the time slot.
2) Simply click 'Yes' when presented with the following message.
