Daily party / cover counts

A snapshot view of your total daily parties and covers can be found in the top righthand corner of the App.

In the below example, there are a total of 2 parties and 4 covers (Tom Petty & Mickey Mouse have not been counted as they are marked as 'Cancelled' and 'No Show', respectively).

Charts

1) Click on 'Charts' for a bar graph view by time!

Parties by time: there is 1 booking at 7pm (Fred Flinstone) and 1 booking at 8pm (Bob Dylan).

Covers by time: there are 2 covers at 7pm (Fred Flinstone) and 2 covers at 8pm (Bob Dylan).

  *Again, Tom Petty and Mickey are NOT reflected as they marked as 'Cancelled' and 'No Show', respectively.

Filters

1) Click on 'Filters' to more easily view your bookings!

2) Select the party status and party tag(s) you would like to filter out. Then click 'Apply' in the upper righthand corner.

Party Status: you are able to select one (1) of the available party statuses (upcoming, seated, cancelled or no show).

Party Tag: you are able to select as many party tags as you would like (checked-in, confirmed, not confirmed, VIP, birthday, first time, anniversary).
