Hours of Operation
'Hours of operation' define the opening and closing times of your venue. They do not necessarily represent the time frames you would like to accept bookings (your booking hours).
1) Click on the 'Main Menu' (top lefthand corner of the App).
2) Select 'Hours of Operation'.
This will open the 'Hours of Operation' section.
3) To make changes to your hours of operation, simply click the green 'Edit' button to the right of the day you would like to modify. You'll then be able to select the time window(s) that your venue is open. The end time encompasses the entire slot, so you'll want to choose the slot immediately preceding your actual closing time.
To add an additional time window, 5pm (open) - 8pm (close), for example, select the two times and they will be added to the list (5pm and 7:30pm in this case, as the venue is operating on 30 minute intervals).
*If a time window needs to be removed, simply click the red 'Remove' button to the right of the time frame.
**You are NOT able to make bookings outside of your hours of operation.
No Hours of Operation
If you do NOT have hours of operation on a particular day (Sunday's, for example), you will not be able to take bookings on that day.
Sundays will now show, 'Venue closed.'
This will also be clearly defined in red on your calendar.
*Bookings cannot be made internally (or externally) on days where there are no 'hours of operation.'
**Remember, this section controls 'hours of operation' and NOT the restaurant's 'booking hours'. Hours of operation define the opening/closing times of your venue, not necessarily when bookings can be made.
